Booking Policy

All bookings, changes and cancellations of appointments must be done using our online booking system.

If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, you will not be able to change or cancel your appointment, a fee of 50% of your service will apply and you will need to re-book your appointment online.

If your appointment is less than 8 hours away, you will not be able to change or cancel your appointment, a fee of 100% of your service will apply and you will need to re-book your appointment online.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

If you cancel within 8 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

If your card declines, you will be sent an invoice that must be paid before another appointment is booked.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

If your card declines, you will be sent an invoice that must be paid before another appointment is booked.

Late Policy

If you are more than 20% of your appointment time late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, the appointment will not proceed and you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

If you wish to change to a shorter service in the remaining time, you will still need to pay the cost of the original appointment.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Guest Policy

We respectfully request that you do not bring guests with you to your appointment unless they also have an appointment.

We wish to keep the salon quiet and comfortable for all guests, allow our artists to focus and keep everyone safe from dangerous equipment and chemicals.

Changes Policy

If you book an appointment for a specific service and then when you get to your appointment you want to change the service:

If the service is longer, we will not be able to accomodate this as it will make us late for every client after you

If the service is shorter and less expensive you will still need to pay for the original service as we have put aside that time for you that we could have had another client.
