Where it all began…
Blush, established in 2020 by founder Brittney, originated from her burgeoning passion for the brow artistry. In just two years, Brittney transformed Blush from its inception into a flourishing salon.
In 2021, Britt crossed paths with Emma, forming a robust support network for each other in the realms of brows and business. Recognising the synergy between their talents and shared vision, they made the strategic decision in 2022 to unite forces, propelling Blush to new heights of strength and success.

Brittney
FOUNDER, CO-OWNER + COSMETIC TATTOOIST
Brittney started her career at just 16, obtaining her Hairdressing qualification at Blessed Hair Lounge in Mackay.
Here Brittney grew her love of brows and decided to take the leap from hair to beauty, opening up Blush Brows + Beauty in 2020.
Since then Brittney has honed her skills in all things brows and her signature Ombré Powder Brow Tattoo is highly sought after!
In 2023, Brittney was the Runner Up for the PMU Ombre Artist of the Year at The Brow Awards. These prestigious awards have thousands of applicants from all over the world and is blind judged by 5 judges. To be recognised in the top 2 is a testaments to Brittney’s passion and unmatched skills in the world of brows.

Emma
CO-OWNER, COSMETIC TATTOOIST + LASER TECHNICIAN
Emma started her beauty journey as a makeup artist in 2013 and a brow artist in 2015 in Brisbane, however it wasn’t until Emma had her brows and eyeliner tattooed by Valentine Artistry in Melbourne that she found her passion for cosmetic tattooing.
Emma went on to study brow tattooing at Valentine Artistry before moving to Mackay to start M Cosmetic Tattooing in 2020 and then merging with Blush Brows + Beauty in 2022.
Since then, Emma has been focused on building her cosmetic tattooing skills in brows, lips and lash line enhancement, and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the craft.
Emma saw the need for cosmetic tattoo removals and corrections rising and is qualified in saline, glycolic and laser tattoo removal
Emma specialises in tattoo removal and is the North Queensland trainer for THink Aesthetics.

SKIN THERAPIST + LASER TECHNICIAN
Jaz’s story began with a Certificate III in Beauty Therapy, leading her through various career experiences until the birth of her daughter in 2019 rekindled her love for beauty.
Initially running a successful home-based brow business, Jaz took the leap to full-time work at a local clinic to immerse herself in the world of skincare. In 2022, she achieved a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy. The pivotal moment came in 2023 when Jaz completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Laser and Dermal Therapy Essentials, sparking a deep interest in dermal therapy.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Jaz is currently pursuing an Associates' Degree in Health Science, specialising in Dermal Therapy,
Jaz's mission is educating clients, instilling confidence, and addressing skin concerns. She is devoted to continuous learning, ensuring she provides optimal solutions. Jaz understands that treating the skin is a journey, and she is thrilled to guide her clients with knowledge and expertise, making their beauty experiences truly transformative.
